SOCIAL IMPACT ELEVATION

Creating a “Europe” office within the organization, strengthening creative, design, and project management skills; supporting the submission of three European projects.

Project School is helping Il Pungiglione in going from a close-to-nothing knowledge of EU funding programs and social impact project writing to establishing a properly functioning office that works on these matters.

The goal of the work is to structure the CASCO team and prepare it to deal independently and effectively with the activity of project design and project writing.

The goal of our work with Valore D was to train its team in project design. We did this by supporting them with the
writing and the submission of 2 different social impact projects, in response to calls for proposals from the European Commission.
