    Antonio Dell'Atti

    Founder/CEO

Antonio has a hard time defining himself. He never takes less than 10 minutes to answer the question: “What do you do?”. This is because first of all he would be inclined to answer why he does this job

For 15 years, it has been involved in innovation and social impact at national and European level. In these years, it has managed more than 25 projects with a total value of more than EUR 15 million, touching various fields: equal opportunities, social inclusion, urban regeneration, youth activation. In recent years it has supported over 20 small and large public and private organisations, developed social impact projects and regularly lectures at Italian training institutions and universities on design-related topics. For three years, from 2025 to 2018, he was project manager of FabriQ, the social innovation incubator of the City of Milan.
A convinced Europeanist, he lives in the province of Lecce, but as he sees it, he could also live in Vilnius or Malaga. Over the years, he has learnt that only by investing in people, starting with the youngest, can one change society for the better and leave a positive imprint in one’s communities of reference, from local to global (depending on one’s ambitions!).

Antonio is a convinced European citizen. He lives in Milan, but as far as he is concerned, he could also live in Vilnius or Malaga. During his professional career, he has learned that communities can change for the better only by investing in people, starting with the youngest, particularly those willing to leave a positive footprint in this world, from the local to the global (depending on the ambitions!).

He does not trust today’s widespread pessimism and he believes that, within each of us, there is something positive that just waits for a push to get out. He has the ambition to work to take it out!

    Michele de Luca

    Senior Project Manager

“There’s a crack in everything, that’s how light gets in.”

Michele is a project manager and developer with experience in the design and management of projects aimed at enhancing the startup ecosystem, with a focus on innovation, culture and social impact.
Born in Brindisi, with a few drops of Greek blood in his veins, he is a facilitated finance consultant who combines a natural vocation for community development with project management and business development skills in the for-profit sector.
Over the years, he has had the opportunity and privilege to accompany over 50 start-ups in their start-up and growth process, raising more than €5.6M in funding. Moreover, his focus on the non-profit world has allowed him to interface with realities and organisations operating at local, national and international level, leading to the obtainment of funding for over 500k€ on projects concerning social and cultural issues.
From 2019 to 2023, he was a partner and head of the public finance business unit of the certified business incubator The Qube, also contributing to the management of two coworking spaces and the organisation and realisation of startup competitions (in which he also acted as a mentor) and awareness and dissemination events aimed at community/stakeholder engagement.
Passionate about music, travel and basketball and a radio speaker in a local network (for which he produces a weekly 30-minute podcast), Michele is a fervent supporter of collaboration, teamwork and the importance of ideas and their realisation.
He strives to build, one day after the other, a present and a future where possibilities can meet the concept of freedom (individual and collective), without those dirty issues of judgement and social prevarication being able to pollute the wonderful horizons we are all able to imagine.

    Paola Iaconisi

    Senior Project Manager

“He only flies who dares to do so!”

Paola is involved in the design and development of project proposals in the social and European fields and their management and coordination.
She has specific training in the field of human rights and international cooperation and is an expert in non-formal education methods for young people and adults. She has long experience in managing organisations operating at local level in the social sphere, and a passion for initiatives that promote youth entrepreneurship and associationism as a form of active participation.
Paola was born and grew up in the province of Lecce, but is constantly connected with the world. Morocco, Portugal, Turkey and Iceland are among her favourite destinations. However, southern Italy always remains her home, a welcoming and at the same time impervious place, where it is essential to be present with competence and dedication to generate virtuous and sustainable processes of community growth.
He has worked on the conception, writing, management and coordination of 15 projects with a local and international impact on the themes of environmental and social sustainability, urban regeneration and inclusion, territorial development and innovation, self-entrepreneurship and start-ups, education and training for a total value of EUR 2.5 million.
Her natural environment in which she finds herself and gets oxygen and inspiration is the woods. She loves to take long walks in the open air and always seek out new routes. She loves travelling and being in constant contact with nature and people, her main sources of life and energy.
The concept that is closest to her heart is that of freedom. Freedom of choice, of expression, of movement, as a fundamental basis on which to build access to equal opportunities, participation and education for all.

    Francesca Nicoletti

    Administrative Manager

Go out in the fields, in nature, in the sun. Go out and try to find good fortune within yourself; think of all the beautiful things that grow in and around you and be happy. (Anne Frank)

Francesca is a controller, graduate in Business Administration and Chartered Accountant. At Project School she is in charge of the administrative, accounting and financial management of the company and of the reporting procedures for European projects.
Born and raised in a village in the province of Lecce, she has always been curious, a lover of novelty and an incurable traveller. She dedicates her free time to learning the saxophone, attends theatre courses, swims and is actively involved in voluntary work.
After a double Italian-Spanish diploma, she attended two years of university in Lecce (University of Salento) and the third year she lived in Madrid with the Erasmus Studio and Erasmus Placement programmes.
After earning a Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, she started her career in the corporate audit segment of a Big Four company, then worked as controller and administrative manager in an Italian start-up of a Spanish multinational in the food franchising sector and later as a consolidated financial statements expert of a global motorway infrastructure player.
Moved by choice to Apulia, she worked as Senior Controller in a leading packaging operator, to finally land as HR & Administrative Manager in an innovative start-up in the environmental pollution monitoring sector.
A lover of nature and children, she is an avid optimist, sure that a smile will not save the world but will certainly make it a better place!
