    Antonio Dell'Atti

    Co-founder, Managing Director

Antonio is struggling to define himself. It never takes less than 10 minutes to answer the question: “What do you do?” This is because, first of all, he would answer why he does this job.

For the last 10 years, he has been writing and managing social innovation projects, supporting small and large organizations to design proposals and look for partners throughout Europe.

Antonio is a convinced European citizen. He lives in Milan, but as far as he is concerned, he could also live in Vilnius or Malaga. During his professional career, he has learned that communities can change for the better only by investing in people, starting with the youngest, particularly those willing to leave a positive footprint in this world, from the local to the global (depending on the ambitions!).

He does not trust today’s widespread pessimism and he believes that, within each of us, there is something positive that just waits for a push to get out. He has the ambition to work to take it out!

    Luigi Della Sala

    Co-founder, Creative Director

Luigi is a creator, writer and project manager who aspires to have a real impact on the people and communities to which they are addressed.

Based in Brussels, with over 10 years of experience in the field of European projects, he considers himself knowledgeable of the jungle of European funding programs, which means he is not surprised when he discovers a new one.

He has the ambitious goal of helping to close the gap between the European bubble in Brussels and the voice of people, territories and communities. Luigi loves working on ambitious and concrete projects, guided by personal and positive motivations and emotions, collaborating with open-minded dreamers and just-doers. He is deeply convinced that luck is an attitude that affects brave, confident and idealistic people, who see difficulties and challenges as possibilities and not as problems. With this spirit, he manages each project, feeding his collaborators and clients with great work, good stamina and healthy smiles.

    Regina Valenzano

    Project Manager

Multilingual and multifaceted, Regina never stands still. She likes to throw herself into projects and journeys aimed at changing situations she considers unjust, with passion, empathy and willpower.

Her curiosity has led her to embark on different paths that have in common the prospect of having a positive impact, especially on the conditions of the most vulnerable collectives and this is what she tries to do now, writing and managing projects aimed at co-creating sustainable and socially just alternatives.

She loves working with people from all over the world, discovering new places, ideas and cultures and is a firm believer that you never stop learning.

    Matteo Gatto

    Partnership Manager

Over the years, Matteo has discovered the beauty of connecting with others and has seen that whenever people can truly meet, worlds of possibilities unfold.

He has built and nurtured relationships with clients for a communications company and with journalists for the press office of a university, and has learned to take both yes and no as an answer without moving an inch. He loves Rudyard Kipling’s words written at the entrance to Wimbledon’s Centre Court: ‘If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two impostors just the same’.

He believes the world is better than we think it is and worse than what it could be, and tries to play his part on both fronts, knowing that it is the same battle after all.

    Eleonora Baldi

    Administrative Manager

Challenging, knowing and learning, these are some of the words that best describe Eleonora. She is not easily frightened by even the most intricate and inaccessible bureaucracy!

She likes administration, accounting and numbers, and she likes that such cold aspects can turn into something more. Over the years she has gained experience in various fields, health care, industry, tourism, technology and the nonprofit sector. From each, she has learned to appreciate its merits and address its flaws and limitations. Each has helped bring Eleonora closer to her ideal of work: using her skills to make a contribution to a real, tangible project, and this is the answer to the question she has tried to answer since childhood: What do you want to do when you grow up?
